SHIPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING:

DISPATCH TIME
Due to a high volume of orders, your order may take up to 2 business days to dispatch. We know you’re excited to receive your order, and we are just as excited to be packing it for you!  All orders are currently dispatched from HQ in Queensland, Australia.

Please note all orders are final and we cannot guarantee any changes to your order before shipping.

DELIVERY TIMES
Standard International Post: up to 3 weeks (should you require Express International shipping for your order, please contact info@mybeautycovered.com to request)
Australia Express Post: 1-3 Business Days / Regular Post: up to 7 Business Days

SHIPPING COSTS
International shipping costs will be calculated based on your location at check-out.
Regular shipping via Australia Post: FREE within Australia
Express Shipping over $150: FREE within Australia
Express Shipping under $150: $7 within Australia

PRE-ORDERS
If your item is on pre-order, you can find estimated delivery timeframes on the product page of your chosen item. If your order contains multiple items with one or more pre-orders, these will be sent together once the pre-order item(s) are ready for dispatch.

Please note pre-order time frames are an estimate only and are subject to change. Our manufacturer endeavours to commit to given time frames, and we are committed to shipping pre-ordered items the minute we get them in our hot little hands!!

AVAILABILITY
We do our best to keep stock lists up to date and display ‘out of stock’ info on sold out items. In the case of an order being placed for an item which is sold out, we will contact you to process a refund or to find a suitable alternative.

RETURNS POLICY

All change of mind returns will be accepted for online store credit or exchange. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to contact the team via email regarding your return for store credit request, or an exchange if you’d prefer a different size. All returned items must be returned in as-received condition, unworn, and unwashed. 

Online store credits do not have an expiry date and can be used for any product available on the mybeautycovered.com website.

On the rare occasion a customer receives a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at info@mybeautycovered.com
Title the subject line Faulty/Incorrect Item – Order # XXX with your order number and attach a photo of the item you received.

We will resolve the issue with a product replacement*, refund, or repair in line with Australian Consumer Legislation.
Similarly, if you have ordered the incorrect size and can’t find someone to gift your gorgeous My Beauty Cover™ to, we are happy for you to return the product for a size exchange.*

*Size exchange or product replacement in your preferred colour/design will depend on stock availability.

RETURN SHIPPING
Should you choose to return an item, the cost for shipping/postage will be yours. Please ensure that your items are packed neatly, secured, and properly sealed within a postbag. Shipping costs are non-refundable by My Beauty Covered. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY STORE CREDIT TO BE ACTIVATED IF I RETURN AN ITEM?
Once your return arrives at our HQ in Australia, we will issue your store credit within three – five business days.

The total time of your return depends on the courier or postage method you choose to send your return with. We highly recommend sending your return with a tracked and insured service for your own peace of mind.
