MY BEAUTY COVER™ PRODUCT FAQ’S

No, they are not transparent. A completely lovely addition to your wardrobe if you choose to wear one as a top.

We have followed international size guidelines, however we do suggest going the size up if you are on the border of (example) – small/medium, we’d recommend you choose the medium, and so on.

No. The original concept of ‘My Beauty Cover™ is to protect skin/clothing while applying makeup, so there is no bust support.

We don’t recommend tumble drying as they are all made with a water-resistant coating which may become affected by heat.

Yes, we can do custom orders based on time frame. We would require minimum 3 months’ notice for custom orders, and custom orders would incur an extra cost. Contact us for a quote.

Yes. All My Beauty Covers™ have a water-resistant coating. The purpose for this is to help protect clothing from bathroom splashes if you’re wearing My Beauty Cover™ whilst washing hands, washing makeup off, etc.

GENERAL FAQ’S

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days unless the item is on pre-order.
  • For international orders, we are based in Australia so please allow up to 2 – 3 weeks for standard shipping, depending on where you are located.
  • For Domestic orders via regular Australia Post delivery, please allow up 7 business days, depending on where you are located.
  • Express Domestic Orders Australia wide: 1-3 business days
  • Please allow extra time for delivery during peak seasons such as Christmas.

If your item is on pre-order, it will be dispatched once it becomes available. You can find estimated delivery time frames on the product page of your chosen item. If your order contains multiple items with one or more pre-orders, these will be sent together once the pre-order item(s) are ready for shipping.

Yes! All our marketing material and packaging is either 100% compostable or recyclable. This includes everything from our business cards, product care cards, mailing bags and shipping labels, to the corn starch bag you’ll discover upon unboxing your goodies!!

Yes! Our thoughts about sustainability and the environment during creation has been at the forefront. All our products are reusable, none are single use only. There is no plastic (nor will there ever be) any plastic items or packaging attached to our brand.

Two of our gorgeous MBC’s, the Sydney, and the Paige, are both made from 100% recycled polyester Satin, and there will be more recycled options to follow.

All orders are final, and we cannot guarantee any changes to your order before it is dispatched.

On the rare occasion a customer receives a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at info@mybeautycovered.com
Title the subject line Faulty/Incorrect Item – Order #XXX with your order number and attach a photo of the item you received. We will resolve the issue with a product replacement*, refund, or repair in line with Australian Consumer Legislation.

Similarly, if you have ordered the incorrect size and can’t find someone to gift your gorgeous My Beauty Cover™ to, we are happy for you to return the product for a size exchange*.

*Size exchange or product replacement in your preferred colour/design will depend on stock availability.
